Here are some typical questions that we get asked.

Q. What is your average turnaround time?
A. That depends on the volume and intensity of the work, but generally within 4 – 5 days. Urgent jobs can be given priority depending on other commitments.

Q. Who owns copyright of the images?
A. You have full rights to all of your images once they have been paid for and you can use them as you wish.

Q. What type of photographic services do you provide?
A. We focus primarily on table top product photography, but are flexible and may consider other aspects, with the exception of weddings and functions.

Q. Do you provide a post editing service?
A. Most certainly! Not only do we edit the photos that we take but we can work on any of your submitted images. Whilst we prefer digital images, we can scan negatives or prints for editing provided that they are of adequate quality.
